Following a comprehensive training program that encompassed team integration, theoretical empowerment, product‑focused learning, and hands‑on workshops in the workshop and laboratory, the Shenchih Electromechanical 2025 “Xingyao” Growth Boot Camp has now reached its conclusion. To help management trainees clarify their career goals and unlock their professional potential, Shenchih Electromechanical recently held a successful “Executive‑Level Face‑to‑Face” networking session for its 2025 cohort. The event was attended by Huang Yong, Vice President of Shenchih Electromechanical; Li Gang, Director of Human Resources; Bai Jianguo, General Manager of the R&D System; Liu Bin, Deputy General Manager of the Electromechanical Business Unit; and Jiang Peng, Deputy General Manager of the Marketing Center.

The event also featured a Q&A session with senior executives, who engaged with the management trainees on topics such as corporate culture, industry insights, and career planning for university students. The exchange sparked lively discussions, creating a warm and collaborative atmosphere.
