  Shenchi’s “Xingyao Sheng” is the Group’s first-ever upgraded, strategic talent-development program designed specifically for recent university graduates. As a pivotal component of Shenchi’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its talent foundation and align with its future‑oriented growth strategy, the “Xingyao Sheng” program has undergone a comprehensive overhaul and rebranding, building on the existing management trainee framework. Adopting an integrated “recruit‑and‑train” model, it aims to cultivate high‑caliber talent with global mobility, providing a steady stream of skilled professionals to fuel the company’s sustained long-term development.

  Empowerment Launched, Charting a Blueprint for Growth

  At the kickoff meeting, Human Resources Director Li Gang provided an in-depth overview of the management trainee development program. He emphasized that the initiative aims to cultivate a new generation of talent to drive Shenchí’s future growth, offering dual-track career development—spanning both technical expertise and managerial leadership—alongside a phased growth roadmap and a comprehensive, end-to-end development framework that integrates intensive training, on-the-job mentorship, periodic assessments, and strategic talent selection. Throughout their journey, participants will benefit from a holistic learning experience, including structured training, professional skill enhancement, guidance from senior leaders, HRBP support, executive-level coaching, quarterly progress reviews, semi-annual talent evaluations, and placement in key roles—ensuring that “Starlight Trainees” achieve accelerated professional growth, expansive career opportunities, and a cross-cultural, global perspective on an international platform.

  Vice President Huang Yong provided a comprehensive overview of Shenchi’s grand vision and future aspirations, covering its development journey, core products, key strengths, and corporate culture. Drawing on his own personal growth trajectory, he encouraged all Xingyao employees to embrace the guiding principles of “positivity, proactivity, ambition, and self-discipline,” to excel in every task at hand, and to drive their own growth through high standards and ambitious goals. By continuously striving for excellence, they will transform into the outstanding talents they aspire to be and, together with the company, forge a bright future.

The Xingyao participants, fueled by boundless passion and unwavering determination, immersed themselves in an engaging experiential team‑building program. Through a series of dynamic activities—including icebreakers, class‑leader elections, team formation, exhilarating games, and collaborative group creations—they swiftly bridged gaps, unlocking their communication potential and strengthening team cohesion and resilience through meaningful interaction.

  Deep Expertise: Laying a Solid Foundation for Growth

  Senior executives from each business unit took to the stage to deliver lectures, sharing their invaluable experience without reservation. The curriculum was rich and varied, covering product development, international marketing, manufacturing, corporate policies, and more, helping participants quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, build a solid foundation of professional knowledge, and lay the groundwork for their careers.

  “Knowledge gained from books alone remains superficial; true understanding comes only through hands-on experience.” The month-long intensive training program is in full swing, with participants now immersed on the front lines of production and manufacturing, deepening their insights and honing their skills through practical application, thereby further enhancing their professional expertise and real-world capabilities. Moving forward, the program will also feature a series of empowering activities, including executive‑level Q&A sessions, mentor‑apprentice ceremonies, guidance from seasoned mentors, specialized skill‑development workshops, and periodic reviews and presentations of progress.

  Former elite management trainees returned to the training camp, sharing their career journeys and practical workplace insights without holding back, helping newcomers chart their growth paths and ensuring that real-world experience continues to inspire fresh momentum as it is passed down from one generation to the next.
